1. 7-Day Returns

We want you to love your KYASAH pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.

2. Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return process, please verify that your items meet the following criteria:

• Items must be in original packaging
• Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
